Ulduar - Boss Loot
The Iron Council was available for testing on US PTRs, I guess we can officialy start the Ulduar loot list! The hard mode of the Iron Council is achieved by killing Steelbreaker last. (Check this post for more info on the Iron Council)

PTR 3.1.0 Build 9637 - Emblem of Conquest Loot
These items are buyable from the Emblem of Conquest (Ulduar 25) vendors. I posted these items a few days ago but they were updated during this build with new names. Also, some of the bugs affecting the items have been fixed.
